What services do you offer?
We are a lead management service, meaning we provide dedicated Patient Advocates who respond to all new patient inquiries, qualify the leads, and then schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultation appointments. We can also build out and administer your lead dashboard if you do not already have one.
When will my Patient Advocate work our leads?
We offer lead management coverage during normal business hours and extended evening and weekend coverage when prospective patients are responding to your ads.
What treatments can you help me with?
Our skilled and trained Patient Advocates specialize in high-value or big case treatments like full arch or All on X, implants, full mouth reconstruction, sleep, dentures, and Invisalign. We can also service the general or new patient side of your practice.
How do you qualify new patient leads?
We understand that it is important for both your practice and the patient to not waste time. We will follow your practice operations while ensuring that patients are aware of costs, commitment, and available financing options before their consultation. We can also do soft credit checks to ensure qualifications prior to consultations.
How do you help my practice save money?
We can significantly reduce overhead costs by offering cost-effective lead management solutions compared to hiring, training, and maintaining in-house Patient Advocates or additional front-office staff. This can result in substantial savings for your practice. Usually, we save upwards of 4x

We work with general dentists, cosmetic dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, and more—specifically, practices that perform high-value or big case treatments like full arches. We also partner with private, DSO, and multi-location offices.
How do you work with my marketing agency? Do I need one?
You don’t necessarily need a marketing agency partner, however, we plug into your marketing workflow when you are running marketing campaigns that generate leads. We’ll work with your marketing agency directly to ensure ads are pointed toward our Patient Advocates who work on your account. We’ll also partner with your agency to ensure campaign effectiveness and a seamless experience for you.
Can you scale with my practice?
Absolutely! We work with practices of all sizes. Whether you're a small town single practice of a DSO with practices across many cities, we are able to scale with your business needs.
Are you a marketing agency? Do you generate leads?
No. We are not a marketing agency and do not do lead generation. We provide lead management services run by our team of Patient Advocates. We sit between your lead gen marketing campaigns and your office team or treatment coordinators.
