- Patient Advocate | Appointment Setter (Remote)

Are you a persuasive communicator who loves building trust and driving results? At Briteline, we are more than just a service provider—we are the growth engine for our clients. We partner directly with dental offices to convert inbound interest into loyal customers. We’re looking for a high-energy Patient Advocate to join our fast-growing team and manage the crucial bridge between a lead and a consultation.

The Opportunity: This is a 1099 contract position offering a reliable monthly base + commission for every appointment you set that attends their consultation. For top performers, this is a long-term career path with the potential to transition into a W2 role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with warm leads via inbound/outbound calls, text, and email. Strictly no cold calling—you only speak with people who have already raised their hand
  • Consultative Scheduling: Qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule consultations on behalf of our partner offices
  • Pipeline Mastery: Use our GoHighLevel CRM to track progress, manage follow-ups for no-shows, and re-engage older leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with client office teams and Briteline staff via Slack to ensure a seamless patient handoff

What We’re Looking For

  • The Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive. You should be someone who enjoys the "win" of a booked appointment
  • The Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Spanish is a plus). You must be able to build rapport quickly and handle objections with grace
  • The Tech Stack: You are an expert in Google Workspace and Slack. Prior experience with GoHighLevel is a massive plus
  • The Discipline: Ability to work independently within US time zones (between 9am ET – 9pm PT) while maintaining a consistent 8-hour shift
  • Bilingual Bonus: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Dentistry Bonus: If you have worked in-office at a dental practice in the recent past, this can give you a BIG leg up

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed internet and a modern, high-performance computer
  • A quiet, professional workspace free of background noise
  • Multiple screens and a noise cancelling headset
