We partner directly with dental offices to convert inbound interest into loyal customers. We’re looking for a high-energy **Patient Advocate** to join our fast-growing team and manage the crucial bridge between a lead and a consultation for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. This is a **1099 contract position** offering a reliable **base or hourly + commission** for every appointment you set that attends their consultation. For top performers, this is a long-term career path with the potential to transition into a **W2 role**. ### **What You’ll Be Doing** - **Lead Conversion:** Engage with warm leads via inbound/outbound calls, text, and email. **Strictly no cold calling**—you only speak with people who have already raised their hand - **Consultative Scheduling:** Qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule consultations on behalf of our partner offices - **Pipeline Mastery:** Use our CRM to track progress, manage follow-ups for no-shows, and re-engage older leads. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with client office teams and Briteline staff via **Slack** to ensure a seamless patient handoff ### **What Makes This Role Unique** - **Warm Outreach Only:** No list building or "smiling and dialing" strangers. You are dealing with active interest only - **Performance Rewards:** Your paycheck is a direct reflection of your impact. Earn a base for your time and commission for your results - **True Remote Freedom:** Work from anywhere, provided you have the tech and the environment to succeed ### **What We’re Looking For** - **The Personality:** Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive. You should be someone who enjoys the "win" of a booked appointment - **The Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English (Spanish is a plus). You must be able to build rapport quickly and handle objections with grace - **The Tech Stack:** You are an expert in **Google Workspace** and **Slack**. Prior experience with **GoHighLevel** is a massive plus - **The Discipline:** Ability to work independently within U.S. time zones while maintaining a consistent 8-hour shift for weekdays or 6-hour weekend days. - **Bilingual Bonus:** **Spanish-speaking candidates** are strongly encouraged to apply! - **Dentistry Bonus:** If you have worked in-office at a dental practice in the recent past, this can give you a BIG leg up ### **Technical Requirements** - High-speed internet and high-performance computer - A quiet, professional workspace free of background noise - Multiple monitors and a noise cancelling headset ### **How to Apply:** Ready to join the our front line?
